One By One: America challenges every state to join the fight to end fistula.

Between December 1, 2005 and December 31, 2006, One By One: America challenges each state to raise at least $420, the equivalent cost of surgical care for one woman with fistula. When each state is complete, individuals from across America will have raised enough to change the lives of 50 women suffering from fistula – and we hope that will be just the beginning of a nationwide movement.

One by one, state by state, we can help end this devastating condition. Help us put your state on the map!

Host a giving circle and invite friends and family from around the country to join.

Send an e-card asking loved ones to donate to One By One in lieu of holiday or birthday gifts. If you'd prefer to send printed cards, let us know.
